The workshops will be conducted in English. Mauricio will passionately introduce you to the world where everyone can cook and enjoy the ingredients that nature gives. His Croatian-Italian origin will make you discover the simplicity of dishes with excellent flavors. He will show you how you can easily become masters of your home cooking.
We will prepare:
- Rukola potato salad with cherry tomatoes and onion
- Cevapcici with Ajvar
- Buzara di Scampi e Cozze (shrimp and mussels)
- Hobotnica Peka (Baked Octopus)
- Pasticada (Beef cheeks stew with apples and prunes)
- Home-made pasta with anchovies walnuts and sun dried tomatoes.
During the workshops, we work individually, but there are dishes that require more time (then we divide into small groups).
