Our case was quite complex. As foreigners, we needed to obtain MSWiA approval for the purchase, which typically takes around six months. On top of that, we were also securing a mortgage. The transaction required a large number of documents, notarized translations, and legal assistance. Although Wojciech was technically representing the sellers side, he proactively and thoroughly guided us through every step of the process.
He communicated with all parties involved, acted as a translator and facilitator, and made sure we stayed on top of every important detail. Always available, highly organized, and never late for a single meeting. Wojtek spoke fluent English with us, which was especially helpful.
